Paradise Valley Country Club is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pantry Cook to join our culinary team. As a vital member of the kitchen staff, the Pantry Cook will be responsible for the meticulous preparation of all cold menu items, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. The role involves collaboration with various kitchen stations and adherence to health department regulations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Order and retrieve necessary items from the storeroom, emphasizing proper food storage practices.
• Prepare menu and à la carte items, meeting Garde Manger's needs for banquets, catering, and to-go orders.
• Ensure timely and efficient preparation of plated items, maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Prepare and store dressings and cold sauces for buffets, plated, and à la carte dining.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all pantry areas, including salad drawers, pass-through refrigerators, and floors.
• Assist at other stations or perform additional duties as required.
• Collaborate with Garde Manger to produce banquet food items.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment. 
• Proficiency in cold food preparation techniques.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Knowledge of health department regulations.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Lifting capability.
• Repetitive motion.
